Dansko Women's Lucie Wool Slipper - Indoor/Outdoor Comfort with Arch Support for Plantar Fasciitis - Perfect for Home, Office & Winter Errands

I have been wearing Dansko shoes to work in for several years. A few years ago, I decided I needed slippers or house shoes with arch support that I could wear outside first thing in the morning with the dog. I found a pair of Skechers that worked perfectly but they quit making them within a year. I kept looking for a Dansko type house shoe and found these. Since the red ones were on sale, I took a chance. They have a soft resilient sole and arch support that is more than a thick spot in memory foam. After wearing them around the house for the last couple of months, I ordered a second pair.I have to have good arch support and struggle with intermittent plantar fasciitis. I used to always walk around barefoot at home, but I just can't any more. Crocs have always been the most comfortable casual shoes for me, but their houseshoe was hard and unyielding. Same for Dearform, and Isotoner, while comfortable, offered no support. But THIS shoe is great! Good arch support but it still has a comfy "spring" to the insole. I'll know for sure after I clean house this Saturday for three hours if they work for me long-term, but my initial impression is one of relief!I love these slippers they are so comfortable and since I had a problem with one of my heels and had to see a podiatrist I cannot go barefoot in my home any longer so I wear these around the house and they’re very comfortable I can clean and walk around and do whatever I need to do in them and always feel comfortable they are good with socks or without.Comfortable foot bed but not the traditional Dansko sole… But still has good arch support. Unfortunately they run about a half size too small so they are being returned so that I can find a larger sizeThey are very comfortable. Great quality.Good support comfort can wear outside if want to . Warm and cozyThis slipper seems like a slipper with very good support. They seem well made. Unfortunately I had to return them because they run at least a whole size too small. I have Dansko sneakers and I wear a size 38 or 7 1/2-8. And this size in the slippers did not fit. So I would have to order the next size up.I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, and my feet hurt almost all the time. Plus I'm prone to Fasciar Plantitus.(Spelling screwed, I know). These Danskos are great. I wear these now, and Vionic and New Balance. These feel the best on. Highly recommended.
