This vest is great! It is warm, yet light and packs up inside itself. It is not meant to be super thick, so if that is what you are looking for go with something else. This vest is down filled and warm without the added weight. I bought a medium and I am 5’4” and weigh 130 lbs. I am often a size small so if you are between sizes, I would say to go up. The medium is fitted and perfect for me, but it doesn’t leave a ton of extra room for anything super heavy underneath. I wear this for running in the winter and it’s perfect!Very Warm.Loses down feathers regularly.Vest quality is very good, very want to buy black, but the black is too expensive, the quality is very light, very warmVery Cute and fits a little tight around arm pits but still a very nice fit otherwise!Very disappointed, i thought it would be thick ,don't waste your money
