Because I prefer these old-school bath mats, and they're nearly impossible to find.Most bath mats now are really small rugs with rubber on the back, and they're not nearly as easy to wash or as sanitary as these.Finally, a product that I can use that is wide enough a sturdy and you can throw in washing machineI truly enjoyed this pack of wonderful towels, and they come packed in, literally to be gifted. They are slightly rough before the first wash, but other than that, they're amazing!!The color works well for the purpose I wantedDid not like the qualityColor was slightly different, lighter, than the photo.Super absorbent, soft and heavy weight for the price.
